Eric Christians was incredible to work with and he made the whole home buying process very easy. I was nervous when shopping for my first home, but he was able to answer all my questions a long the way to keep the process running smoothly. I never felt pressured to make a quick decision and he was great about sticking to my budget and lists of desired features. His support allowed me to feel confident in making an offer and with his help I was lucky to find a great house. I recently bought a twin home as an investment as a rental for a family member. I toured the homes virtually while Eric and my daughter toured the homes in person. Eric answered all my questions in a manner I could understand and to my satisfaction. He returned all my phone calls and emails promptly. He gave us helpful information about the home regarding services, how to operate sump pump and maintain furnace as well as providing information about parks, areas for walking and many more valuable pieces of information for a new homeowner. The whole experience from start to finish went smoothly.Eric was easy going and did not pressure us to make a quick decision. He took his time with us and provided the guidance we needed to help us find the right home for us.

Eric was awesome to work with! He worked with us to fit all of our wants for our first home! He was very flexible, kind, and knowledgeable in many aspects! We looked at many of houses until we found the perfect match! Highly recommend using him as your realtor!!

Eric recently helped us with both buying our new home and selling our old home. This is definitely the realtor you want in your corner! Eric was on top of things throughout the process and was always available for questions or concerns. Eric is not only a very knowledgeable realtor, he is also able to point out anything that may be concerning with the house you may be buying as he has a lot of previous experience with home inspections and what to look out for. He also was great about giving us advice about what buyers are looking for when selling your house and how to present it to any potential buyers in the best way possible. Everything from the professional photos of our house for the listing to what needs to be done to have your house look great compared to others on the market.

As my husband and I were first time home buyers, we did not know exactly what to expect with the home buying process. Eric went above and beyond from the moment we met to make sure that we were well informed, comfortable, and that the process was as stress free as possible. In fact, Eric was really great about emailing or calling us to say, for example, "Would y'all like to set up a date to come take measurements?"--- things that as first time home buyers we were not sure how to navigate. Eric is easy to reach at all times and is fun to work with. As an added bonus, Eric also stages homes and has been a really great resource for us when we ask for decorating/room function/home update questions. I will absolutely 100% pass Eric's name on to my friends and family in the area and should we choose to move again would definitely use Eric as our Realtor.

Eric was absolutely fantastic. He's extremely knowledgeable when I comes to what people are going to want too see in a house and make it more desirable for them. My house sold faster and for more than I thought it would. Shortly I accepted the offer I had to leave for a month for military training. Eric sent me texts of new listing within a couple hours on the market and would FaceTime houses that I was interested in. He's definitely the guy you want selling or buying your home!!

This man is a legend. Eric helped us find our first house and we continue to be so impressed. Professional, friendly, hard working, dedicated, responsible, and tactful would be some of the words I would use to describe Eric. Eric was able to understand what we wanted given our budgets and wants, guide us through the entire process, give meaningful advice and input, respect or opinions and wants, and negotiate skillfully to ensure we had the best deal. I was amazed how he respected what we wanted and also gave us the helpful truth. He has wonderful connections, and you can tell all of the people that he works with hold him in high regard. Eric made sure that his priorities were our priorities, and he was always working for us. I am sad our house buying process is over, as we always enjoyed spending time with Eric. You don’t always come across someone who is down to earth as well as extremely knowledgeable. Eric is the voice you need to guide you to the best decisions for the biggest investment of your life.

Working with Eric is not only accurate and efficient, it's fun! He's got a great personality and the know-how to get things done! Any questions are answered quickly and accurately, and when there were snags he quickly came up with fantastic workarounds. I can't recommend Eric enough!

Eric was extremely helpful and patient during my first home buying experience.
