About Eric D. Christians
Meet Eric D. Christians
I spent eleven years as a home inspector and completed more than 4,000 inspections before I sold my first house. That's still the most useful thing I bring to a transaction. When we walk through a house together, you'll know what you're looking at.
Before that, I served four years in the U.S. Navy as a Gunner's Mate, including a deployment during Operation Iraqi Freedom. That's where I learned to prepare before the decision, not after it, and to stay level when the plan changes. Transactions go sideways in small ways constantly, and that part has carried over better than anything else.
These days I handle 40 to 50 closed transactions a year for buyers and sellers. Through Christians Home Crew, brokered by eXp Realty, you work directly with me from the first conversation through closing.
On a personal note, I grew up in Herman, Minnesota, and studied business management and finance at MSU-Moorhead. My wife Jennie and I live in West Fargo with our three kids, Ellie, Katie, and Fletcher. When I'm not working, I'm usually outside fishing, canoeing, or hunting.
